All products on tailoredsuite.com are in stock and available for order. However, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before your particular order is processed. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability. If we require additional information for your order, we will make multiple attempts to contact you via e­mail and phone, and await response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.


Returns will be accepted only for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. The item must be received unworn, altered, and have all tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns without agreement by both parties. All requests for return must be filed via customerservice@tailoredsuite.com. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are not responsible for providing shipping of returned product back to Tailored Suite and do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to returned product incurred during shipping back to Tailored Suite.
